Which means it would be up for scratches and bumps [ f'instance, I'm known for (accidental) attempts at modifying door jams with the watch I'm wearing :) :) ] However, this watch is so beautiful in EVERY way, that I can't justify that original intent; it'll be a rarely used part of the collection and NOT a daily user. Oh! And looks even better on the wrist than off. Note to self: Find daily user.

The watch was as described and appears to be the quality that reviewers have spoken about - all good to this point.
