Sometimes the real measure of good service is what happens when something goes wrong. In this case, the brand new lens I was supplied was faulty and the return and refund was handled perfectly by Camera Centre, who also made sure - unprompted - to compensate me for the return postage cost. I'd buy from them again, in the knowledge that if they are needed, they would be there to provide exemplary follow up support.
