    The order was placed on 9/23...it finally arrived 10/15, WAY later than it was supposed to. There was no communication from the seller until I opened a case that the item had not arrived. Now, it has arrived and is completely useless. It was advertised as a size medium and is clearly a size small. It will not fit the intended recipient, nor was it received in a timely manner for this persons birthday gift. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with any seller or item purchased.
