I contacted the seller to let them that I'd applied for a refund but would be buying the item again, using Klarna. They responded really quickly to say the cancellation had been processed. I reordered the item and I received it within 48 hours. Amazing!! Thank you guys!!

Radio was in almost new condition once I cleaned off the silver checkered pattern on the front using isopropyl alcohol. Radio programmed OK and seems to work as expected from limited testing. Too bad the ending of the de minimus tariff exception is going to ruin eBay shopping for USA customers looking at non US sellers.
