Item not as described: no black silicone tip on top of the hard plastic tube as shown in the pictures and no note in the description of the changes. Silicon tip was important to me for use on highly sensitive items such as camera sensors and also lenses. Seller did not provide any solution to this discrepancy. They also forgot micro cloth and seller offered to mail separately.
