Response from the seller: Was stopped by the ''Epidemic'' so one arrived but the other was stopped!!! Does it make any sense?? Not to me, I am a seller and a buyer on ebay and never seen such a poor managament and full of excuses, got the refund thanks to ebay thats all I can say. My advice to you: Be honest with customers and do things right and you will see good results. You said that you don't need to return it. We agreed, but the item you returned has not been delivered yet, so it would be unreasonable to ask us to refund it. There is no ebay seller who will refund if the item is not received. It is your national postal strike that delayed the delivery. We cannot attribute this fault to us.

Yet to install the part. Shipping was fast and the wrapping was very good. Not a single mark or dent to the item. Highly recommend both the seller and the item.

It was held up in customs because they declared the value 96% less the true value. I had to open a case to get a return label. Then they refused to give me a refund, I had to get eBay involved for my refund. This has been a 2 month ordeal just to get back to the where I started needing a boat part. Again be warned do business with them at you own risk.
