It's plug-and-play, and the setup is quick and easy. it was packaged really good, and shipping is fast. However, I had to pay around $135 in taxes, making the total cost quite high. Head, spindle and everything included works flawlessly and the USB stick included has all software necessary to make it work. I personally am not a big fan of the permanently on blue LED strip, but it does allow you to see inside and see how everything works. Delivery was very good and quick, came in a rugged packaged box with plenty of padding foam for protection. Though quite expensive, as I had to pay another ~140 EUR in import fees on top of the 86 USD shipping costs. 5/5
