The 49P is clearly uncirculated, the 49D is to my eye closer to AU55 than MS60, there appears to be slight wear around the ear and eagle breast, but I cannot be certain it isn't a weak strike. This is always a potential issue with raw coins. That said, the Greysheet value of the coins received is spot on to the price paid, so I have little ground to find fault.
