Customer bought filter which I shipped within one hour. About three hours later he asked if it would fit his machine, which is in Greece, that I couldn't even find on parts listings. Since I had already shipped it I told him that "I guess he would find out if it fit". Had he asked me before purchasing we may have been able to avoid all of this but he didn't and now he owns a filter that won't fit his machine because I am not offering returns for his mistake.
