Charged $16.97 for shipping of 3 items.. Actual shipping was $5.25. Combined the three items into one package but wasn't happy I didn't ask beforehand when she had combined before. She could have sent in 2 pacs Refunded most and sent another. Then, "I have read your feedback and it looks like you leave a lot of negative and neutral feedback unfairly". Was she involved?
