Misunderstanding on my part; I am happy to revise my previous rating to positive, as the seller *is* addressing the issue, and intends to either replace with the correct item or to refund my purchase. Good communication, great follow through (calling Genesis to get color code). I would recommend the quality work to anyone. The wheel sent, while the incorrect color for my application, is beautiful and blemish-free. I was initially hesitant about a reman, but these guys do fantastic work!
