    The Seller sent me the defective Samsung Mainboad USPS Priority Label and sent me a USPS Pre-Paid GROUND Label in which I had to purchase a SOFTPACK GROUND MAILER PACKAGE that cost me an additional $3.39 Cash. I could not mail the defective Mainboad back to thr SELLER in thr same box as originally received in thr USPS Priority Box.

    We are very sorry for this inconvenience but when there is a return you can send the package with the label that we sent you and if there is an additional cost ebay charges it to our account, I am very sorry that you have paid but we cannot make an additional refund, since That in the eBay dashboard we cannot refund more than what eBay tells us, I am very sorry, in any case you should have called eBay first to tell them the procedure.
