    Customer Service was good - responsible and I received Brooks quickly. My feedback about shoes not Customer service. Brooks shoes unfortunately are not comfortable now like the previous style of Brooks which I had two pairs. Sole of these shoes are hard, it looks like plastic and not flexible like the older style. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed.
