Once they did ship the item, they shipped it overnight, so it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, since this is a refurbished unit, it would not program correctly to my vehicle even though it was programmed to the VIN. The item appeared nearly brand new and to be good quality. The seller quickly accepted the return and the item is on its way back.
