The seller described this book as being in "very good" condition. But when I received it, the book's spine was already broken at page 92. I asked the seller for a refund, but the seller did not reply to me, even after 4 to 6 weeks of my waiting patiently. As I feared, the book broke into two pieces, even with gentle and minimal handling. So, I have to criticize the seller for a broken book, for not replying to me, and for not giving me a refund.

The return process is quite simple, you have 30 days to start a return from the day you receive an item. Buyer did not open a return request and would have been refunded if they followed the process, its really quite simple. And I do not reply to threatening or condescending messages, any messages like that are ignored, however if they would have done a return they could have still got refunded for the item. So I have to criticize the Buyer for not following the correct procedure for a return.
