Since this is a "Refridgerate after opening" product, I was afraid to use it. I contacted the seller about the delivered condition and asked if they could replace the damaged bottle, to this date, i have not heard a word back from the seller and it has been 2 weeks.

I reached out to the seller 10 days ago to inform them of this, that I think the packaging was inadequate for glass bottles, that I had pictures if needed, and that IMO he owed me one bottle (washed the other and they appear usable). Bottles break, my main complaint is I received absolutely no response from the seller which is very rude and utterly inadequate customer service.

This batch had a 2027 expiration date. Well worth the cost. Item no longer stocked by local grocery store. Bavarian seasoned Kraut is the only thing I use. Thankful I found some online. Did send seller communication regarding a 2nd order and no reply received.

I contact the seller with a photo of the incorrect part and they agreed they had made a mistake. I was then told a replacement one would be sent. It took a long time for them to answer this request, then stopped replying to any messages. This meant that it went past the ebay "return" timeframe so that they did not have to return my money. I have tried numerous times to contact the seller with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!

Will not “buy” from again.
