The Sony DVP-C660 gives the user the flexibility to change between movies and audio discs within the same device, removing the need for multiple electronic devices. It also allows the user to switch out the four inactive discs while the fifth one is playing. For clean transitions, the DVD player is equipped with both SmoothScan search and SmoothSlow forward and reverse. Other features include custom parental control, virtual enhanced surround, digital cinema sound mode, A/V outputs, and optical and coaxial digital outputs for Dolby Digital/DTS/PCM.
