After making some adjustments it worked out great. Now I'm hoping it will last a few more years. This is a 2006 unit I purchased the house in 2015. I replaced this old unit with a new one when the door wouldn't open or close sometime. The new one started smoking 2 months after the 3 year warranty expired so I decided to repair this one because it lasted me 7 years. Now taking a gamble.

My initial intended cheap repair soldering in a replacement relay got the dead light socket to work again. But my soldering was too rough and screwed up the logic board ability to control the motor relay. New power board works like a charm. Saving the logic board as a spare. Looking to see where I F'd up the OEM power supply board.
