    This seller was my true nightmare come true, he charge $50.00 for shipping in USPS, the Item arrived shattered due to his cheap insufficient packing, was completely useless, I sent him photos and descriptions, yet he is refusing to refund my $244.00 !!! I am letting eBay deal with him, to all of you I say: DO NOT Buy From This seller !!!!!

    I wouldn't trust this buyer. After looking at all facts, considering the scale of the damage of the item, and at the same time the fact that the box itself didn't show any impact, my suspicion was the lighting unit was dropped directly on floor. Another interesting fact, based on USPS record he received package at 1:29.PM. The claim of damage came at 7:41PM. He had enough time to test the unit and damage it. On a top of it. entire communication from the buyer was extremely nasty. Be aware!
