So much so that it's slightly abrasive when I run my tongue against the top of my mouth when it is full of this fragrant, viscous ambrosia. Very subdued and mysterious flavor profile, and resveratrol as an added gift from the bees. It was shipped well-packaged, and arrived fast & intact. Fabulous honey, and I will be back for more.
