    Fast shipping and board appears to work as expected. The heatsink was very hot so I added a cooling fan to it with a 3d printed bracket and now it is cool to the touch. I've read this is normal for these type of cards that are designed for servers with lots of loud fans. I used a 40mm Noctua fan and it can't be heard over the system fans.
