I’ve received the item which looks like it’s 2nd hand the box was all battered the charger and the battery looks like it’s been well used also I’ll be unable to send the guarantee of because it’s been torn off the back of the paperwork haven’t tried it yet. Also paying for something I thought would be brand new. Disappointed
