    I can’t give a positive because the seller didn’t usps advantage, choose media mail instead. I paid $10 for nothing and secondly, the disc is full of fingerprints I got the fix that part also. Because of the bright light it’s not gonna show on pictures, but I got to wast money on that one, I have to clean it up. I didn’t give negative because it was secure it the shipping process.

    The shipping was purchased through eBay and media mail was one of the options that was available within the delivery window. Shipping cost was transparent to you at time of purchase (it wasn't a hidden fee or added on later after the purchase). You received the package securely within the promised time frame regardless of the mailing service used. Second, it is USED DVD and I couldn't have taken the pic without the light so reflection is expected. Fingerprints don't affect the discs function.
