He also uses Montmorency cherry capsules one, twice a day, a real game changer. He suffered Gout attacks back to back but since he has been taking both types of capsules, he's not had an attack since covid. One tip for gout, cut out turkey and lamb, they contain purines which cause gout, go easy on fizzy drinks too.
