(i am from EU)You will have extra screws and the strap is perfect, in fitment and looks. I went with real leather and quality was even approved by family member who worked with leather all her life.Strap have a lot of holes and will fit for all head sizes so it will fit anyone. Now headphones are comfortable and now i can listen music for a longer time.
