The item arrived damaged thanks to Australia Post, then they told me I had to contact the seller for a replacement. I did this only to have to wait 12 days for Post to finally deliver it. The seller's communication skills could possibly do with some fine tuning, but they did replace the battery. Australia Post on the other hand useless is as nice as I can be.
