The 1s BMS seems to be doing its job. It got here sooner than expected. The price was right. No instructions but, it didn't take too long to figure out. When you initially connect the BMS you will need to apply 3.2v - 3.6v between P+ and P- to trigger the BMS on. Once you figure that out your all set to charger and discharge your battery.
