I received a Transtar Recon, which was exactly what I was trying to get away from, as I had one of their converters destroy a rebuild I did. It was full of lathe shavings. Granted, I've used over 50 of their converters, but when I contacted my local Transtar and gave them all their shavings back, I got zero customer service and they didn't even warranty the converter, let alone helping with anything else. Cyclone, however, was great as far as this transaction went.

Me for the lack of proper knowledge about Valvebodys and them for not knowing what would fit my 2000 GMC Savana. I would have accepted a replacement but it just took too much time to get to me. They responded timely to my messages and they called me then refunded my money.

There was a wait for them to properly build it but we understood that. I sent messages out and they replied within a timely manner. Once the transmission got here it was nicely wrapped and in a cardboard box while being strapped to the pallet. This seller does go above and beyond. Do not hesitate to purchase from.
