On the other hand, I had to open a case with eBay because the order wasn't shipped when it was supposed to be, and was only shipped once eBay intervened. I did like that the seller threw in an extra item to make up for it. So I'd call it a neutral experience overall. But I would buy again from them, depending on item and price.
