Did not answer any messages or inquires to explain or apologise for the delay. Poor customer service. I ended up putting a dispute with eBay as the seller ignored my contact efforts. EBay refunded me the extra postage fees immediately. Connection points are also different to what is on my vehicle so will have to re-wire connections. Will not buy from again.

The order was also not processed for shipping until after I put a complaint through about the additional postage fees Item was ordered on the 5/6/25 they did not create a delivery with Aus post until the 12/6/25. They ignored my inquires and ended up disputing shipping costs with eBay who processed a refund to me immediately. Don’t waste your money on express post with this seller
