The phase 2 coil is weak and snapped out of the blue. I spoke with Diamond and they helped me get in touch with an actual dealer to get the actual antenna. This should have never happened the quality just isn't acceptable it doesn't meet the standards radio operators expect and this product will drive buyers away from eBay.

They agreed to have me keep the antenna and to send me a new inspected base clip and to make sure that items will not get to be sold without proper inspection. I am very pleased with the way they handle my situation and the professional and responsive way to make the customer happy, I will buy from them again.
