    Mic works great and I highly recommend it. The only issue I found was that the metal collar at the end of the plug where you tighten it to the radio barely tightens even 1 turn, as if it wants to strip the thread on the radio's mic jack. If this happens to you, I would suggest to just plug the mic into your radio but don't tighten up the collar.
