    The book new but the cover was wrinkled/ creased as if not laid flat at some point, perhaps during shipping. (It was not in a box, but an envelope). I will not hold the seller responsible for the information in the book, but it was a huge book with a lot of white space. What information was contained was repetitive and limited. If it was edited for spelling errors and succinctness and reprinted as a small booklet sold for $10 or less, I'd have been more satisfied.
