For some reason, the vintage pin was shipped taped to a piece of paper in an envelope. So it arrived damaged—the pin needs to be glued. This could have easily been prevented with any sensible shipping method besides tape and a sheet of paper.

Pin was sent in with letter and protective envelope. Before negative feedback buyer should have contacted me I will give full refund and or other pin to resolve issue + We have sent well over 100 plus pins with this shipping method and have had No Issue of Damage!
