No issues with seller, issue was with a third party courier. They sat on it for 7 days after I received the delivery notice that said today, I had to drive 75 km to pick up part. It took multiple calls to DHL to track down the 3rd party but once I got to actually talk to a person [DHL] they were professional and resolved my issue
