Came with Config Utility 8.15.00.00 from 11/6/2014 and HBA FW 7.00.01.00-IT. 4 new cables each in a resealable bag. Card in static bag and bubble wrap. Ordered 5/3, label created 5/4, didn't actually arrive at USPS until 5/7. But still delivered within the original window. Installed and working. A+
