    Good kit but the connector forward/backward connector at the gearbox end needed adapting so I could engage reverse gear. I had to saw off about 5mm but it now works fine and the linkage is more precise.

    THIS NOT NECESSARY AT ALL. UNFORTUNATELY NOT INSTALLED AND SET UP CORRECTLY. ONCE FITTED ADJUSTMENT TO THE CABLE HAS TO BE DONE FROM BOTH GEAR CHANGE AND GEARBOX ENDS TO OBTAIN OPTIMUM SMOOTH GEAR CHANGE. THESE CONNECTOR ENDS ARE IDENTICAL IN EVERY WAY TO THE ORIGINALS EXCEPT THE MATERIAL WE USE INSIDE THE ENDS WHICH IS COMPOSITE FOR HARDER WEARING I.E. LONGER LASTING.
