Put belt on my mower 2 to 3 days later and used it only 2 to 3 times and the belt came apart like it was dry rotted. I reached out to customer service and asked if the mfg warranty would cover it. In a matter of days I received their response. I was told a new belt was on its way and it would be covered under their warranty. So I am waiting on the new belt to arrive and so far I am pleased.
