- n***n (392)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseParts that should have been made out of anything harder than aluminum, should have been. The part that goes on the shifter spindle stripped out as soon as I went to test the shifting. Then when I thought, I would try tightening the bolt on the part, that stripped out too. This is not a quality part. I tried drilling out the part and rethreading it but the part just cracked. We have thousands of them on bikes running for 15 years plus. BUT, they HAVE to be installed right and per our instructions the first time, or yes, it won't work. I offered to replace the part as well.
