had to file and Dremel the ports to the correct size to accept bulbs to make them fit correctly. Company sent a messege asking if my product was up to standards I informed them of the issues and what I had to do to make it work. They want pics of product aswell as the label and pics of codes etc and link to fill out a form alot of hoops to jump through for a replacement or a partial compensation my advice is read all the reviews seems to be a constant issue with thier products
