I can’t get over how easy this was. The install on my 2010 dodge journey was 10 mins. Had I have had my tools (which was a 9mm socket and a flat head screwdriver) I would have been done in 5… UNREAL!! Local guy charges nearly 400 to do this. I paid 134 i think. I thought it was too good to be true but this product is a game changer. I almost didn’t order it. I’m glad I did. No more cold car in the mornings!! Fast shipping too. All around excellent service. I do not recommend buying it. It is very bad. After I installed it, the car battery no longer worked. I bought a new one. The same problem. When I removed the parts and put in a new battery, everything went well.

Sounds like you did not follow proper install directions. This is a simple install but if you do leave the two plugs connected at the same time then there is the chance to have issues. We do note this in the directions as a warning and is the customer responsibility to read and follow directions.
