Fitted the clutch a month ago and as soon as it sore a little bit of work towing a horse box which is what there built to do it gave up and I’m not saying it’s the supplier fault but you can’t get your money back

Offered to return the clutch to Borg &beck for testing but as image clearly shows the car has been towing well over weight it should and burnt out the clutch. The clutch was fitted as a DIY job at home was it fitted correctly?? Never had a Borg & Beck clutch do this before! Buyer even admits on messages the car needs a heavy duty clutch for there towing they do but the cost of the heavy duty version stops them buying one! Unfair to expect us to just refund a clutch that has clearly been abused!
