    We approached the seller respectfully and honestly with a genuine concern, but the response became more about her feelings than the issue itself. The listing did not match the description, and communication turned defensive instead of customer-focused. We proposed a fair partial refund based on the unusable items (listing said usable); the seller countered with less, which we accepted but wasn t fair enough. Also listing said Real Jade & Pearls & they were not real according to my Presidium.

    Auction started @ 9.95 & BIN $75. She won @ $31. Listed as VG lot with 3/4 useable jewelry, others good for crafts/parts. She complained about Just ONE ITEM!! questioning my integrity & wants 1/3 back of $10 as she felt 1/3 was junk. I respectfully disagree & reluctantly offer 7.50. She’s not happy, I then offer 8. She’s appreciative & says whether 10 or 8, it’s warranted. I send 8 & immediately I get the above! Character is everything, & I Stand By MINE!!
