Unfortunately, at no fault of the seller, the tray was broken during shipment. We were both sick. After filing a claim with FedEx and waiting a reasonable time, the seller offered a generous settlement so I could pursue restoration of the tray. It was a gracious and honest action while the seller waits on FedEx. I give a high recommendation for this seller and wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again.
