    Shipping was in time; Packing was inappropriate, the brochure is damaged; brochure is not exactly like in description (description says it has 20 pages, but it hasn't). I contacted the seller right after delivering the brochure. I'm bit confused. The brochure and the shipping cost wasn't cheap!

    I ship from the US, buyer is located internationally. Shipping fees paid to me was only $3.43, and service was USPS first class large envelope. I shipped via the method selected and paid for. Brochure was packaged in a secure manilla envelope for first class service, and I shipped to the US eBay international hub. This was explained to the buyer. They claim a folded corner as the damage. If secure shipping was necessary, they should have paid for it.
