      The item that arrived was the same as shown in the listing. It was well protected in the packaging with no evident damage to the item. The package took a longer than I thought it should but, it's no fault on the part of the seller. They got it in the mail promptly after receiving my order but the USPS decided that it would be a good idea to have it make a few loops around the Chicago area before delivering it to me.I can't speak to it's working condition as I haven't installed it yet.Good value.
