    Good communication; fast shipping. The seller is very honest and ethical. I had originally purchased this pedal from him but he contacted me just after the sale to say that he had tested it before shipping it and found that it was not working at all. He quickly refunded my money. I offered to buy it any way at a reduced price with the hope that I could fix it. (I'm a retired service technician.) He relisted it and I purchased it. Alas, I was unable to repair it. At least I got a power adapter.
