    First the seller was amazing, given the circumstances. The item was dead, could not get any screen image, as it would not turn on. I installed new batteries, even tried the reset button' no joy. Externally relatively pristine. Everything looked great. Th.e images and item description were very detailed, but not accurate... for some reason. It was wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap to protect it; no package damage, excluding x-ray inspection ?? Seller let me keep it & full refund.
