THEY KEPT THE COST OF SHIPPING DOWN AND MADE SURE THE PACKING WAS ENOUGH TO KEEP THE ITENS SAFE AND SECURE. THE VALUE WAS GREAT. THE APPEARANCE WAS AS GOOD AS IT WAS DISCRIPTION - VERY NICE WOULD KEEP IT FROM GETTING DAMAGED. I WILL SHOP WITH THIS SELLER AGAIN. A+++++++++++

The purchase price was a good value. Shipping was fast, and the mail packaging was very sufficient to protect the item. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. Seller A+++!

I do not hold it against the seller. The seller refunded me my money and offered to resend the proper copy but we were not able to do businessas I purchased the movie elsewhere do only to the fact I didn’t wanna wait for the return funds and then a re-purchase. But the seller did me solid and I’m sure would have sent the correct item. I would work with him again. The return process is longer if a buyer contacts Ebay and opens a case. If the buyer would have contacted me direct, I could have avoided the hassle of the return and simply sent him the correct version at no cost, since I am human and made that error. Once Ebay gets involved my hands are tied and I have to follow the return rules. It is always best to contact the seller direct if you have an issue. Buyer was pleasant about this also.
