What was most impressive though was the packaging, the Royal Mail delivery man dropped the parcel from the seat in his van on the floor and it rolled 3 or 4 times along my private lane (which is a rocky track)!! EVRI s tracking system is sadly lacking. I have had 25+ tracking messages from EVRI with conflicting messages. Very disappointing on the part of EVRI.
